Rules for pleading cases


1. Application of the case.

2. The name and address of the union council to which the application is to be made should be.

3. Name, address and identity of applicant and respondent.

4. If there is a witness, the name, address and identity of the witness should be there.

5. The incident, cause of occurrence, place of occurrence and name of the union, time and date should be there.

6. There should be nature and value of complaint or claim.

7. The amount of damages, the remedy sought must be.

8. The relationship of the parties must be mentioned.
